This Disclaimer applies to debelladeball.com, debelladeballdesigns.com, debelladeballcoaching.com, unmissablemethod.com, and every funnel, form, calendar, and payment page we host on HighLevel for these brands, and all programs, challenges, emails, social media posts, videos, and calls from DeBella DeBall LLC, doing business as DeBella DeBall and DeBella DeBall Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

The Digital Trifecta websites and The Digital Trifecta client services are covered by their own separate terms.

1. Results and earnings disclaimer

Our stated goal for clients is to work toward signing 3 to 7 new clients a month within about 6 months. We may also talk about income milestones such as $5K or $10K months, lead numbers, or close rates. These are goals and examples of what our system is designed to help you work toward. They are not promises, guarantees, or predictions of what you will earn.

We do not guarantee that you will get any specific number of leads, clients, sales, revenue, or income, or that you will reach any result by any date. Many people who buy business programs do not reach their income goals, and some see little or no financial result.

Your results depend on many things outside our control, including:

  • your offer, pricing, and market;
  • your skills, experience, and existing audience;
  • the time, money, and effort you put in;
  • how consistently you complete the work, attend sessions, and do your outreach and follow-up; and
  • economic conditions, platform and algorithm changes, and other outside factors.

We do not publish typical or average results. Any numbers we mention, including 3 to 7 clients a month and $5K or $10K months, are goals or examples, not typical results.

2. You are responsible for doing the work

Our programs give you strategy, training, tools, and support. Results depend on you doing the work: completing assignments, attending sessions or watching replays, doing your outreach and follow-up, and applying what you learn. If you do not do the work, you should not expect results. We are not responsible for results you do not get because you did not participate, and after any refund window in our Terms has ended, lack of participation is not a reason for a refund.

3. Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials and case studies on our Sites and in our marketing come from real clients and describe their own experiences. Each client approved her testimonial before we posted it. They are shared to show what is possible, not what is typical. Each person’s results depended on her own business, effort, and circumstances. Your results will be different and may be lower.

No client received payment, a discount, free access, or any other benefit in exchange for a testimonial.

Some testimonials show first name and last initial, or first name only, to protect privacy.

Statements about our founder’s own business results or experience describe her personal experience and are not a promise that you will have the same experience.

4. Not professional advice

We provide business coaching, marketing strategy, and education only. We are not attorneys, certified public accountants, financial or investment advisors, or licensed mental health professionals. Nothing on our Sites or in our programs is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or mental health advice, and no professional relationship of that kind is created.

Any templates, scripts, or sample documents we share (including sample contracts or policies) are for education only. Have a licensed professional review anything you plan to rely on for your own business.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws that apply to your business, including rules about marketing, earnings claims, email, and text messaging.

5. AI tools and outputs

Some of our trainings show how to use artificial intelligence tools. AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased content. You are responsible for reviewing and checking anything an AI tool produces before you use it, and for making sure your use follows the tool’s terms and the law.

Some links on our Sites, in our emails, and in our programs are affiliate links. If you buy through one of them, we may earn a commission or other benefit at no extra cost to you.

HighLevel. We are a HighLevel affiliate. If you open your own HighLevel account through our link, we earn an affiliate commission from HighLevel at no extra cost to you. We do not earn a commission when you use an account inside our own platform, The Digital Trifecta.

We only recommend products and tools we use or believe are helpful, but you should do your own research before buying. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.

Referral partners. Some people who recommend our programs are referral partners who may earn a commission when you buy. They are required to tell you about that relationship and are not allowed to promise you specific results or income on our behalf. Referral partners earn $15 for each $99 purchase they refer (such as Get It Moving or the Challenge VIP) and 10% of the purchase price on all other offers, up to a maximum of $100 per referred client. This commission does not change the price you pay. Commissions are paid 30 days after the purchase. No commission is paid on a purchase refunded within our 14-day refund window. Once a commission is paid, it is not taken back, even if the purchase is later charged back.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep information on our Sites accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error free. Program details, prices, and tools may change.
