1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how DeBella DeBall LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as DeBella DeBall and DeBella DeBall Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information.

It applies to these websites and any pages, forms, checkout pages, and funnels connected to them (together, the “Sites”), and to our programs, challenges, coaching, and services:

  • every funnel, form, calendar, and payment page we host on HighLevel for these brands

By using the Sites or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us.

  • Forms and sign-ups: name, email address, phone number, business name, website, social media handles, and answers you give on opt-in forms, applications, intake forms, quizzes, and self-assessments.
  • Checkout: name, email, billing address, phone, and payment details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Messages: what you send us by email, text message, Facebook or Messenger, Voxer, and inside The Digital Trifecta platform.
  • Program work: assignments, worksheets, posts, comments, and business information you share in our programs and communities.

Calls and recordings. Our calls take place on Zoom and are recorded with Fathom, and recordings are stored in your client folder. Recordings capture your name, voice, image (if your camera is on), what you say, and chat messages. Fathom also creates transcripts and summaries.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites or open our emails, we and our tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that sent you to us, and general location. We do this with cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. HighLevel may also set cookies needed to run our forms and pages.

Information from others. We may receive information about you from social platforms when you interact with our posts or ads, from payment processors, and from referral partners who introduce you to us.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • deliver our programs, coaching, challenges, calls, communities, and done-for-you builds;
  • process payments, payment plans, and account access;
  • send you emails and, if you agreed, text messages about your program, reminders, and offers;
  • respond to your questions and messages;
  • create replays, transcripts, and notes from calls;
  • improve our Sites, programs, and marketing, including measuring ads;
  • prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and respond to chargebacks or disputes; and
  • follow the law.

We will not use your name, image, voice, or story in our marketing without your separate written permission.

4. AI tools

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, such as writing and transcription assistants, to help us draft messages, summarize calls, organize notes, and support our work. Some of your information, such as call transcripts, messages, and program work, may be processed by these tools. We use AI tools for our own business purposes and only share what is needed for the task.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the box to agree, you will receive recurring text messages from DeBella DeBall LLC (texting as DeBella DeBall Designs) about your program, reminders, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@debelladeball.com. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include the service providers that help us send messages (such as HighLevel and its carriers), which may only use the information to provide the service to us.

6. Email marketing

If you sign up for a free resource, challenge, or training, or buy from us, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing info@debelladeball.com. We will still send you emails about your purchase, account, or program.

7. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, under their own privacy terms, including:
    • HighLevel, which powers The Digital Trifecta, our white-labeled platform for courses, community, forms, email, text messages, and client builds;
    • Square for payments;
    • Zoom for calls and Fathom for recordings, transcripts, and notes;
    • Facebook and Voxer for community and messaging;
    • Meta and Google for advertising and analytics, through the tools described above;
    • AI tools as described above; and
    • design and workspace tools.
  • Our team and contractors, who may only use information to do their work for us and must keep it confidential.
  • Other members, when you post or speak in a group call or community. Please share only what you are comfortable with.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a chargeback or dispute.
  • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged, or transferred.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for money. You may opt out of targeted advertising based on your activity on our Sites by emailing info@debelladeball.com with “Opt Out” in the subject line, or by adjusting your Meta and Google ad settings.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting duties. Call recordings are stored in Fathom in your client folder. We keep them while you are a client and for as long as needed for our records or any dispute. After your program ends, you may ask us to delete your recordings. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We use reasonable steps to protect personal information, such as password-protected accounts, limited team access, and trusted service providers. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.

10. Children

Our Sites and services are for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 to buy from us or join our programs. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information; and
  • stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

To make a request, email info@debelladeball.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We will respond within 45 days. Some information may be kept where the law requires or allows, for example payment records.

Texas residents. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give Texas residents rights to access, correct, delete, and get a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing info@debelladeball.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

California and other states. Residents of California and some other states may have similar rights under their state laws. You may use the same contact method above to make a request.

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Sites may not work properly without them.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our Sites and service providers store and process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those in your country.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will try to tell current clients by email.
